Status of Website:

• The Paypal payment option works and has been active since Dorca concert.
• I can dig into statistics if anyone wants details. Other than members, we’ve had very few hits.
• I’ve set up the capability to have group emails post automatically but need to test with John, et al.
• I have a backlog of photos and recordings that need to be added yet.

Next steps:

1. Plan to work on backlog and add over summer.
2. Suggest changes:
   • “Upcoming Events” to “Upcoming Performances” on public view default
   • Adding rehearsals for members as default view
   • Moving “Blog Posts” elsewhere and hiding from public
   • Otherwise making a distinction between public and member (private) views of the site
3. Plan to email all members over summer to register and test private views
4. Other changes can be made as desired…
